Sometimes, we really can’t be bothered to go for a run or go to the gym. Well now you don’t have to! Just remember, ALWAYS feel confident in your skin no matter what size or shape you are, this post is to boost confidence in the way you look and make you feel good about yourself!
1. Posture – This might be pretty basic but standing up straight will make you look more confident, taller and slimmer! Slouching could affect you later on in life with back and neck pains so it's better to look good now and feel good later!
2. Make sure your clothing is the right size. It's okay to own a few baggy jumpers and sweat pants but make sure the majority of your clothes are fitted and flattering!
3. Wear the right underwear for your body shape and size. Make sure you don't have 'back fat' when trying bras on and also make sure they're comfortable. You could also try slimming underwear.
4. Heels! Heels make you look taller, slimmer and make your legs look amazing!
5. Show off the best part of you. For example, if you're pear shaped then cover up your legs and wear a sleeveless top so your showing off your arms and waist! Or if your legs are nice wear shorts or a skirt and wear a jacket to cover your arms.
